This document regulates the relationship between MOBICHART SL (owner of Escortipedia) and advertisers who contract visibility services or publish profiles on the platform.

Responsible use

By visiting our website, you agree to use it only for the purposes intended and as permitted by these terms, any additional agreements with us and applicable law. You must not post or distribute malicious content or engage in activities that interfere with the operation of the platform.

1.1 Publication of advertisements and regulatory compliance

This website allows the publication of advertisements for escort services exclusively for adults. All advertisements must comply with the legislation in force in Spain, including Organic Law 10/2022 of 6 September on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom.

It is prohibited to include direct or indirect references to sexual services, as well as content that promotes or incites prostitution or sexual exploitation. It is also forbidden to publish images with partial or total nudity, or explicit, humiliating or degrading content.

Escortipedia acts solely as an advertising platform. It does not intermediate, manage or participate in private agreements between users. MOBICHART SL reserves the right to modify or remove content that violates these rules.

2. Contracting Terms

2.1 Age Verification

To publish a profile, it is mandatory to complete the age verification process. This measure guarantees that only individuals over 18 years of age can advertise, and it is required to activate your profile.

Escortipedia reserves the right to modify the rates, conditions or duration of the services, which would be notified in advance by publication on the platform.

2.3 Contracting Process

Prior to publishing a profile or contracting any visibility service, the user must expressly accept Escortipedia's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Regulatory Compliance Clause, Personal Data Processing Information (RGPD), Content Removal Policy and Special Conditions of Contract. Payment for the services is made by credit or debit card through secure gateways, as well as by bank transfer. The activation of the service will take place after confirmation of payment.

2.4 Permitted content policy

It is not allowed to include in the profiles:

– Direct or indirect references to sexual services.
– Images with genital nudity.
– Content that could be considered degrading or demeaning.
– Photographs of minors, third parties without consent, or manipulated images.
– False or misleading personal information.

Escortipedia may review, edit or delete any profile that violates these rules, with no obligation to refund if the service has already been activated.

2.5 Cancellations and refunds

The user may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, provided that the contracted service has not been activated and has not been consumed. Once the visibility plan has started, no refunds will be made.

2.6 Exclusion of liability

Escortipedia is not responsible for any agreements, interactions or transactions that occur between users. The responsibility for any private contact lies solely with the parties involved.

2.7 Disclaimer and compliance clause

Escortipedia is an exclusively advertising platform aimed at the promotion of non-sexual companionship services between adults, in full compliance with current legislation.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 10/2022, on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom, as well as the General Law on Advertising, any advertisement, content or expression that directly or indirectly promotes, incites or facilitates prostitution or the provision of sexual services, even between consenting adults, is strictly prohibited on this platform.

Advertisements posted on Escortipedia must strictly comply with the following conditions:

– Publishing sexual references in texts, images, videos, or any visual or verbal medium.
– Uploading images that depict sexual acts or genital nudity.
– Displaying rates, meeting conditions, or references to sexual services.

Any indication of a breach of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the content and, where appropriate, the definitive blocking of the profile.

Escortipedia does not mediate, organise or participate in any way in private contacts that may occur between adults outside the platform. Any interaction outside the digital environment of Escortipedia is the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

The operator of this platform periodically reviews the content published and actively collaborates with the authorities when required to do so, in compliance with current Spanish legislation on the protection of fundamental rights, personal integrity and illicit advertising.

These terms should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions.
