Escortipedia is an advertising platform dedicated exclusively to the publication of advertisements of non-sexual companionship services by adults. We are committed to legality, respect and protection of the rights of all people who interact with our platform.
This policy regulates the procedure for:
- Requesting the removal of content related to you.
- Reporting unauthorised or inappropriate content.
- Reporting copyright infringements.
- Submitting counter-notifications.
1. Removal of content depicting you
If you believe that you appear in one or more pieces of content published on Escortipedia without your consent, you can request its removal by following this procedure:
What should you send?
- A clear sample of the content in question (link or screenshot).
- Proof of your identity (ID card or passport).
- Exact description of where the content is located on the website.
What will we do?
- We will review the application within 7 calendar days.
- We may contact you if we need more information.
- We will contact the advertiser, if appropriate, to verify their identity and consent.
After the review:
- The content will be removed, or
- You will be notified of the decision if removal is declined.
Appeal: You can submit an appeal with additional information. An independent reviewer will review the case and issue a final decision.

2. Reporting unauthorised content
All profiles must comply with our legal conditions. If you detect inappropriate or non-compliant content:
How to report it?
If you wish to file a formal complaint, please email legal@escortipedia.com with:
- Link to profile or content.
- Detailed description of the reason.
- Screenshot or proof, if available (optional).
What happens after the report?
- The content will be preventively hidden and analysed within 2 working days.
- If the content violates our rules, it will be removed.
- If no infringement is found, it will be restored and you will be notified.
Appeal: You can provide new information and refer to the original complaint.
3. Copyright or intellectual property infringement
If you believe that your protected work has been used without authorisation:
Send an email to legal@escortipedia.com including:
- Full name, address, email and telephone number.
- Description of the protected work.
- Link to infringing content.
- Proof of ownership.
- Statement of good faith regarding unauthorised use.
- Sworn declaration that the information is truthful.
Resolution period: 7 calendar days. The decision will be notified. In this case, the decision is final, except in the case of a new claim with additional evidence.
4. Counter-notification (appeal against content removal)
If your content was removed by mistake or abuse, you can request its restoration by counter-notification:

- Full name, address, email and telephone number.
- Electronic or scanned signature.
- Identification of the deleted content and its previous location.
- Declaration of good faith stating the grounds for the request.
The team will evaluate your application within a maximum of 7 calendar days.

Offers non-sexual escort services. It is forbidden to advertise, offer or imply the provision of sexual services. Escortipedia is an advertising platform and does not participate in agreements between users and advertisers. Any non-compliance will be grounds for immediate removal of the profile.
In addition, we recommend extreme caution in any private interaction. In particular:
- Never make advance payments to strangers.
- In video calls, book a short duration first to verify identity.
These measures help to protect users against potential fraud or misleading behaviour outside the platform environment.

Additional information on legal certainty and conflict resolution
In accordance with the regulations in force in Spain and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), Escortipedia acts under the principle of exemption from liability of the intermediary service provider, acquiring «actual knowledge» of a possible unlawfulness only upon receipt and validation of a complete and duly substantiated notification. The initiation of a report does not guarantee automatic removal, but the opening of a review file in order to act with due diligence, thus ensuring a balance between the protection of rights and the freedom of expression of our advertisers.
Likewise, MOBICHART SL declares its commitment to actively collaborate with the State Security Forces and Corps. Any report that offers well-founded indications of serious crimes, especially those related to human trafficking, exploitation or the presence of minors, will be immediately brought to the attention of the competent authorities. For any resolution adopted under this policy, affected users will have a period of six (6) months to file an appeal or request an additional review by providing new evidence.
